MARK CAIRA focuses his legal practice on New Jersey workers’ compensation claims and Social Security disability claims. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, A.J.S.C., and in the past had worked at two prominent South Jersey law firms, where he was responsible for the management and handling of the firms’ workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Caira is board certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers’ Compensation Law attorney. Mr. Caira has successfully tried numerous workers’ compensation trials and motions, and recently had a significant workers’ compensation judgment upheld on appeal. Mr. Caira is a former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District IIIB Ethics Board, where he served as an investigator and then the Committee’s Chair.
